We are the first Tribal Conservation District in California, and are the most active
We offer an exciting and hand's on experience for our community through the Kin Ta Te Community Garden; trainings and workshops for our local producers; cooking, canning and preservation classes for our community; and fun activities for our youth of all ages.
Monday Night Market's will be starting first Monday in July through October. If you would like more information about Social Security recipients Vouchers, or Market Match for EBT/SNAP benefits, drop us a line. We are looking for more producers, or vendors. So please help us to spread the word.
Sign up to hear from us about classes, workshops, Community Garden events, or board meetings.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve conditions. Your generous donation will fund our mission.
Due to Shelter in Place, we are currently working from home. But with that, we have been able to hold FaceBook Live pressure canning, water bath canning and fermentation trainings. If you would like more information about any of those, drop us a line or jump on Facebook and check out the page "Cooking Healthy in Indian Country" for the past trainings. We also have a Facebook page "KTRCD" if you would like to follow what is being done in our community.
